Precision tailoring for women is an art in itself.

It is common knowledge that Asian tailors are amongst the "best in the world" - which is why many travellers have their suits made in Asia. This is generally true, however, only for men. Frequently, women come home disappointed with the fit of clothing made by Asian tailors - the reason being that ladies' tailoring is an entirely unique craft in itself. Many Thai tailors, for example, will not make suiting for women as they are not skilled in the cutting and fitting techniques peculiar to the female form.

It is often also said that the true test of any good ladies' tailor is how well they can make trousers. Our ladies' tailors pride themselves in the trousers they cut - for all shapes and sizes. Many ladies complain time and time again about their inability to find a "good" pair of pants. We are not surprised, as trousers are by nature the most difficult to fit properly - so it makes sense that it would be virtually impossible to find the right fit off-the-rack, let alone a dressmaker who can get it right!
